My wife and I live in Bayville, and Rt. 106 near Lexington is crowded as is without hundreds of other cars that will accompany the proposed Avalon rentals. Further, their new rental building in Glen Cove looks like a jail; all brick and steel gates do not make for an attractive addition to Glen Cove or to Oyster bay.
