I strongly oppose AvalonBay's proposed development of a rental complex at the former Hallock Chevrolet site in Pine Hollow (across from the existing BMW dealership), in whole or part, and urge you and all applicable officials to oppose same. I am not against development per se. I might support single family development on this site provided lot sizes are comparable to those in our village.
