I hope that this does mean it is the end for Avalon Bay. This proposal would have a major impact on the future character and life style of our little town and the entire Town of Oyster Bay. It is clear that the people of the town would not approve of a plan that would increase their taxes as much as this will and make Oyster Bay denser than Queens. Let us hope the the Town Board will really listen tto the people and kill the Avalon proposal.
